Two days later, I received a 15% new home credit certificate in the mail so I returned to the store for the adjustment. I was ok with that so I placed the order. Before placing the order, I inquired about the annual Labor Day sale and the rep informed me that should the price decrease, a credit would be issued. The rep charged me for installation of three glass panels as part of my order. This has been an absolute horrible experience!! I ordered a refrigerator on from Home Depot. Do not use Home Depot appliance delivery! They are horrible and rude rude rude Didn’t even turn on it on He left all the appliances in the middle of my living room and laughed at me when he went out the door. I had a $4000 worth from my account one paid for before today, he put the stove in place. He then refused to take the old refrigerator with him because he wasn’t installing the new one.

He then refused to install the microwave because the gap was on the wrong side. The water shut off valve underneath the kitchen cabinet wasn’t good enough. When Ro Ruez came in, he said he wouldn’t install the refrigerator nor the dishwasher because there wasn’t separate water shut off valves behind each of them. It took over a month to deliver for appliances with multiple reschedules. If you don’t think you can’t get what you want service wise, YOU do the job And we’ve had a lot done! Just want to say thanks to the Route 71 guys from this morning. Over 20 yrs+ we’ve just never had problems, issues, period. Great service! I read some terribly negative reviews, I can only think people do it for attention. Old machine out, new machine in-maybe 20 minutes. Had a new washer delivered and installed this morning. Looking forward to hearing from someone asap. Question is what happen to the stove order? We really need this stove. Ordered a 27in electric stove on Aug 30, 2022. They have the appliances I just can't get them to deliver.

I will NEVER buy an appliance at HomeDepot because of the awful experience. They are the specialists, but they expected me to know all about installation. Sorry to say 🥲 Buying the washer and dryer was easy, but the installation contractors couldn’t install on two separate attempts. Ernesto was the best! He explained interesting facts about the refrigerator that we didn’t know! He really is very knowledgeable about what he is doing! He is definitely an asset to your company! His partner Jose was very good too! They both were Very careful not to damage anything in our home! If anyone has Ernesto & Jose on their delivery you are in good hands with these guys We are very happy with this refrigerator. I cancelled the order through Home Depot, I did reorder another Samsung refrigerator through them Well, the 2 men that delivered this to us yesterday were very professional!! They took it out of the box in front of us, it was new & nice! No dents, no scratches. How could they expect anyone to accept this deplorable appliance. So that now has to be repaired.2nd delivery was worse! The refrigerator must’ve been used it was all scratched up, the motor cover in the back was kicked in scratched everywhere, the inside was all over not tied down. The 2 guys brought it in for us to use as a loaner, as they did, they knocked a corner out of my drywall. the 1st time the refrigerator was not boxed & doors were dented right in the front, & sides were scratched up bad.
